If you have had 2 requests granted by the Seeds community already, we ask that you give forward 1/3 of what you've received in total to others in need, or that you complete a free Vipassana meditation course, before a 3rd request is fulfilled and sent to you (though you're welcome to activate as many requests as you'd like in the meantime). In order to make a Request for Help, you'll need a SEED. Do you have one? If no, you can give to a Request for Help via the link at the top to receive SEEDS in thanks.

To avoid Ethereum network transfer fees, you may choose to make a gift to help others through Seeds, and ask that we apply one of your SEEDS in thanks to activate this request. To do this, please type the six digit code found in the email you were sent to thank you for your gift in the TxnHash confirmation form box below. As of 2023, the highest market value SEEDS have had was ~$0.20. You can view the current value using a tool like Uniswap, which is linked in our FAQ. A gift covering the cost of 1 SEED is sufficient to activate your request.

We've got a lovely community, but it's important to recognize that there are no guarantees that they will fulfill a gift within a certain timeframe (or at all) unless you're doing the legwork to share your request GoFundMe-style to help raise it yourself. To activate your request, please confirm that you understand this.

Seeds is a little like a hybrid thing - part crowdfunding, and part old school charity-style giving, so that it's possible to benefit from both approaches. On top of this, those who give also receive SEEDS cryptocurrency in thanks. Thus, your request can receive contributions that are allocated toward it from our recurring givers, as well as any you raise through sharing your page yourself.

We've found that requests are more likely to be fulfilled more quickly if you describe why the funds are needed specifically and clearly. Try to write as well as you can, so that your request has the best chance of being fulfilled. If you are not fluent in English, please use Google Translate.

How much do you need, in USD?

As our community grows, we expect to be able to grant larger requests more and more quickly, but please know that large gifts take longer to source - sometimes years - and again there are no guarantees, unless you make it happen yourself via your GoFundMe-style shareable page.

To what ERC-20 wallet address would you like us to send your gift if it's fulfilled?

Please note that the address *cannot* be controlled by a centralized exchange, because such wallets will not work for this purpose. This means that you *must* have access to the wallet's private key or mnemonic. *The address you sent your SEED from is likely best to use.* Your wallet address will have 42 characters, and will begin with the digits '0x'. If you created your wallet using the Coinbase Wallet mobile app, you'll find this address when you click on 'Receive,' and then 'Ethereum.'

Please record a <60 second TikTok video describing & showing your need using hashtag #seedsgives.

Please then provide the link to the TikTok video below, and make sure it's set to 'Public.' If you'd rather, you may create a YouTube video instead. On YouTube, you can choose to keep it 'Unlisted.' Our team will use the video to better inform internal decisions about allocating recurring gifts. Videos will also be used on shareable pages, to help source more funds toward your request more quickly. Please note that a video is necessary in order to create a shareable page. If you don't have access to a smartphone and therefore cannot make a video, please email us at gifts@seedsgives.com, and we'll find a solution. As above, if you would prefer not to share your identity, you can write, 'Anonymous,' but it's important to recognize that videos make it much likelier that your request will be fulfilled, and more quickly. Please don't stress about this! It doesn't need to be anything fancy. 💗
