Destiny is a Black single mom of 3 in Quad Cities, IL. She and her children are currently experiencing homelessness. They're living in their car, and have been forced to beg for food.

In all of her communication with us, she's been kind and humble and sweet.

One night this past week, Destiny told know that they were unable to get the food her family needed, so they didn't get to eat that night.

She went to the local food pantry the next morning, but they only had items that required cooking, which her family couldn't do in the car.

Destiny shared that she's found an apartment, and she redeemed a SEED for $1750 to ask for help covering a security deposit and first month's rent. I'd like to raise $3000 for her family so that they have funds for food and other basic needs as they get back on their feet.

She didn't ask that we create a page for her specific need, but because of the urgency, we're devoting incoming recurring gifts to Destiny's family's request until it's fulfilled.
